Delivery & Refunds Policy

  1. Refunds on Digital Products: Customers can return digital products, such as PDF plans, purchased from our site. A refund request must include the unique order ID and be submitted to customer care within 60 days of purchase.
  2. Immediate Product Delivery: Our products are emailed over instantly upon receipt of payment.
  3. Handling Non-Delivery: If you don’t receive a product via email due to email provider issues, please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase. Failure to report within this timeframe will be taken as successful delivery and download.
  4. Technical Support: For download or file opening issues (like PDFs), we recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Any problems must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, we’ll consider the download successful and won’t entertain refund requests due to download issues.
  5. Security and Privacy: We employ strong security measures to protect product and customer data. Our server processes orders securely (SSL), and we do not store credit card details on our server. Credit card processing and storage occur on secure servers. Our shopping cart software integrates with payment services, ensuring secure transactions. We do not store credit card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes in our database.
